These groups are not official HOA-sponsored activities.
These groups are organized by individual Homestead residents & are independently managed.
Below is a brief overview of some neighborhood groups:
Bible Study — Grow in faith and build meaningful friendships as we dive into God’s Word together. This welcoming group encourages, supports, and prays for one another. It’s a great place to learn, connect, and be uplifted.
Book Club — A relaxed, cozy gathering for neighbors who love to read and connect. We enjoy a light snack or dessert while discussing the monthly book and discovering new authors together.
Brunch Bunch — Join us once a month at a local restaurant or potluck brunch for laughter, connection, good food, and warm conversation!
Bunco — A lively night full of laughter, rolling dice, and friendly competition. We rotate homes each month, enjoy a delicious dinner, and play four fun rounds of Bunco. No experience needed...just come ready for great company and great times!
Coffee Crew — Start your Friday mornings with friendly faces, great conversation, and good coffee. It’s an intimate gathering of neighbors who enjoy connecting, laughing, and kicking of the weekend together.
Crafts & Laughs — If you love creating, this quarterly crafting group is for you. From wreaths and floral arranging to home décor and jewelry making, all skill levels are welcome.
Dinner Club — Share delicious meals and make lasting memories with neighbors. Each quarter, you’ll dine with a new mix of members, enjoy warm hospitality, and build friendships over great food and conversation.
Game Night — Bring a snack, bring a friend, and get ready for fun. Game Night is a relaxed, laughter-filled evening where neighbors gather in small groups to play a host-selected game each month. It’s easy, social, and a great way to meet new people.
Homestead Gardening Society — A welcoming group for gardening enthusiasts of all levels. Share tips, swap plants, learn from fellow neighbors, and grow your garden (and your friendships!) one season at a time.
Let’s Get Cooking! — A monthly recipe-sharing group where neighbors cook together, learn new tips, and take home a meal to share with their families.
Mahjong — Whether you’re a beginner or an “old pro,” Mahjong is a welcoming, four-player gathering full of strategy, laughter, and connection. Enjoy light snacks, friendly competition, and a cozy atmosphere that makes every hand more fun.
Manly Men — Manly Men is a casual, come-when-you-can group for neighborhood guys who enjoy hanging out: poker nights, grill-and-chill evenings, golf outings, game days, and more. It’s all about good company and great times.
Morning Moms — Neighborhood moms gather after school drop-off for coffee, conversation, and connection.
Movie Night — Relax, unwind, and enjoy a great film with neighbors. Movie Night brings small groups together each month at rotating host homes for snacks, conversation, and a cozy evening of community. Grab some popcorn, invite a friend, and enjoy the show!
Neighbors on the Go — Adventure awaits each month with Neighbors on the Go. From bingo nights and movie outings to museums and local events, this group is perfect for anyone who loves trying new things and making memories with great company.
Pokeno — A monthly gathering full of laughter, gifts, and friendly competition. Pokeno mixes great food, a fun card-based game, and a spirited gift exchange that guarantees everyone goes home with a prize...and new friendships!
Potluck Pals — Join neighbors for an evening of delicious food and great company. Hosts rotate, everyone brings a dish, and together you create a night full of laughter, stories, and lasting friendships.

Treats & Togetherness — Indulge in sweet treats and even sweeter friendships. Treats & Togetherness is a relaxed dessert club where neighbors share favorite goodies, enjoy great conversation, and connect over all things delicious.
